For most software crashes, connection problems and similar issues, our technical staff will need you to submit your log file in order to help you.
This is the file that logs all the problems with the running application and that helps our technical support figure out what has gone wrong on your computer.
The folder where the file is located is hidden by default, so you need to make hidden folders visible first. You do this by going to your Control Panel, opening Folder Options, and under the tab View select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

After you do so, you can find your “secures-client.log” file on:
C: \Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\SecurusVault\

I this case the username is “PC” so the “secures-client.log” file can be found in:
C: \Users\PC\AppData\Roaming\SecurusVault\
