Toolbar Items

Below the main menu of the desktop application you will find a toolbar whith buttons which allow you to perform some of SecurusVault's functions.

  1. File Browser – lets you browse files and folders on your device
  2. My Notes – lets you manage your notes
  3. Private Backup Browser – lets you browse files backed up from that device privately, for that device only
  4. Public Backup Browser – lets you browse files backed up from that device publicly, for all your devices
  5. Web Archive Browser – lets you browse files backed up from that device to the web archive
  6. Sync – starts the sync process between your computer and our servers immediately
  7. Cancel – cancels the current operation
  8. Search box - lets you search through the currently displayed items

You can perform most of your operations with files and folders from your main toolbar.

1.       Cancel – This cancels the upload of a the selected file or folder if it is in progress

2.       Preferences – opens a dialogue where you can set your SecurusVault desktop application preferences

3.       Home – takes you to the SecurusVault homepage

4.       Remote Access – lets you access your backed up files on our servers

5.       Send – lets you send selected files and folders as email attachments (applied only for multi-device backed up data)

6.       Sync – starts the sync process between your computer and our servers instantly

  12. 12.   Offline Backup – lets you create an offline backup of your files which you can send to us via email

Single Device Backup – lets you back up selected files and folders so that they will not be synced with other computers

8.       Multi Device Backup – lets you back up selected files and folders so that they can be synced with the same files and folders on other computers

9.       Web Archive – lets you backup files without any further  syncing as a one-time web archive

10.   Restore – lets you restore selected files and folders to the last backed up version

11.   Share – lets you share selected files and folders with others (applied only for multi-device backed up data)
