Users may have difficulty starting the SecurusVault desktop application after install and receive different error messages mentioning system libraries dynamic link libraries, JVM and similar. SecurusVault needs the latest version of Java Runtime Environment installed, and most issues occur because of an outdated version of Java on the users device. Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed before you install the SecurusVault desktop application. If you have already installed the desktop application and are receiving an error message, or SecurusVault won't run, please uninstall the desktop application, uninstall Java if you have it installed, then install the latest version of Java, and finally install the SecurusVault desktop application again.
